Birthdays are one of the greatest memories for a child, so why not make it unforgettable by organising an outdoor, natural, adventure filled camping birthday party?

1. That warm fuzzy feeling

You know that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you drink a really warm hot chocolate; you can feel it warming up your body from when it touches your lips to the tips of your toes. That’s the feeling birthday camps give you, they create the opportunity for the people you adore, love and cherish the most, to be in the one place at the one time. The memories, experiences and adventures created are nothing like a traditional birthday.

2. Fly like a butterfly, be free

In a world where kids grow up at a rapid speed, camping for a birthday brings kids back down to earth. Allowing them to be one with nature and its beautiful muddy dirty elements. Children are able to run around like wild animals, eat like lions and sleep like sloths… be kids. Its this time in a child’s development where their ability to be a child and have endless fun is where their personality flourishes.

3. Relax with little preparation

Having to organise a party is as stressful as it gets; finding time to fit the shopping, decorating and cooking into our busy schedules is hard, we get it! Take that weight off your shoulders, sit back and relax while your kids enjoy a camping birthday party. Pop up a tent, toast some marshmallows over the fire, wipe some mud across the little people’s cheeks and tell some scary stories in the dark hours of the night.

4. Minimal Clean up

One of the best feelings in life is coming home to a sparkling clean house. No one enjoys cleaning up after a big birthday party, the dishes, the vacuuming; the list goes on and on. It’s much more preferable to enjoy a birthday party amongst the skyscraper trees and dazzling bright stars. The clean up is minimal and time efficient, everything simply goes in the bin. Who wouldn’t want to go camping for their birthday?

5. Its one of a kind

Challenging yourself to new extremes and experiences allows and assists the development of one’s self-confidence and self-esteem. Some our fondest memories as a child are those when we went to or held birthday party. So pitch a tent and party in the woods, nothing beats a dose of fresh air and vitamin D, with your best pals and loved ones surrounding you.
